How Long Will Delivery Take?

Accepted Answer

Our postage days are every Wednesdays and Saturdays. The cut-off time for said days will be at 9:00 pm Malaysia time.

It will then take up to 3 days to reach if you’re staying within Semenanjung, and around 7 days for Sabah/Sarawak.

For International Shipping, it will take up to 7-10 days to reach your destination.

Here at Minimalistik, we specialise in genuine leather. Working closely with our tanneries, we ensure minimal alterations are made to the natural hide, removing any blemishes, scars and scrapes only where necessary. A commitment to consistency is crucial to our production process, ensuring every product we ship upholds the reputation of innovation and flair unique to Minimalistik.

What Sort of Payment Methods Do You Use?

We currently accept Credit & Debit Cards [Visa, American Express, Matercard, etc.], Atome [an Instalment Payment Gateway] & FPX [an Online Banking Payment Gateway]
 
We are upgrading our payment gateways to accept Paypal.

Question 4

I Have Not Received My Confirmation Email. What Should I Do?

Accepted Answer

You should receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing your order.
If you do not receive this email it may have been caught by your SPAM filter, or there might have been a typing mistake when you entered the email address.

How Do I Track My Order?

Accepted Answer

We will send you an email to confirm that your order has been dispatched. This will contain a tracking number to allow you to track your delivery directly with the courier. Please note that it can take several hours from the despatch confirmation being received for the tracking number to be live on the couriers website.
