How Long Will Delivery Take?


Our postage days are every Wednesdays and Saturdays.

It will then take up to 3 days to reach if you’re staying within Semenanjung, and around 7 days for Sabah/Sarawak.




What Type of Material Do You Use?


Here at Minimalistik, we specialise in genuine leather. Working closely with our tanneries, we ensure minimal alterations are made to the natural hide, removing any blemishes, scars and scrapes only where necessary. A commitment to consistency is crucial to our production process, ensuring every product we ship upholds the reputation of innovation and flair unique to Minimalistik. Having mastered the intricacies of working with leather, our design team continue to push the boundaries of form and function, inspiring people all over the world to make their mark with one of a kind pieces.




What Sort of Payment Methods Do You Use?


We currently accept Credit & Debit Cards [Visa, American Express, Matercard, etc.] & Atome, an Instalment Payment Gateway. We are upgrading our payment gateways to accept FPX, Paypal, GrabPay and Apple Pay.




I Have Not Received My Confirmation Email. What Should I Do?


You should receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing your order. If you do not receive this email it may have been caught by your SPAM filter, or there might have been a typing mistake when you entered the email address. If a confirmation email has not been received within 24 hours, please contact our Customer Services Team on sales.minimalistik@gmail.com or via our Live Chat.




How Do I Track My Order?


We will send you an email to confirm that your order has been despatched. This will contain a tracking number to allow you to track your delivery directly with the courier. Please note that it can take several hours from the despatch confirmation being received for the tracking number to be live on the couriers website.
